Hey all! Well, Youmacon was more than a month ago and it went quite well! I only sold things on Saturday, but I did very well and more importantly I a lot of good feedback and so many compliments! It really made me feel more confident about my abilities and that I am good at things. ^^" I can be my own worst critic a lot of the time...

My Etsy shop has been up and running for a few months now and it's been doing well. But I could always use more exposure and traffic. My prices are quite low (but my quality is not! I do this as a hobby, not as my sole means of income. So if I make some money to help reimburse costs, I'm happy as a clam.) And lower than most comparable items on Etsy. Most (including shipping) are UNDER $10! You can't say that for much on Etsy or on DA for that matter! Please check it out! (Our if you have, Tell a friend or two!) These things are awesome stocking stuffers. I wish I had pierced ears so I could wear more of my creations... Q.Q

Also Also, I can take cosplay accessory commissions. More like jewelry and small props (even plushies! Look here for some of my plushie creations). Earrings and necklaces would be ideal, headdresses, hair picks, rings, hair accessories, bracelets, brooches would be my specialties. (Nothing like large props, i.e. wands and armor). I'm very anal when it comes to my own cosplay, I often don't get done with many I have because I keep looking for JUST the right materials to make it very accurate so I will definately do the same for any customer! <3

Hey everybody... I should work on updating this more often.. But it's not like I have a large watch list, or that you guys are reading this anyway. I HATE YOU ALL. SEE?
Anywayyyy... I am working on making charms/small cosplay accessories/jewelry to sell at JAFAX this year. If it goes well, maybe I'll shell out for an AA table at Youmacon. Hey guys, My few friends that I have on DA. Perhaps you've noticed I've come back from the dead recently! I had a long absence starting in August and then ending just recently. Well, A lot of things transpired. First and most.. upsetting was my boyfriend of two years dumping me out of the blue. I'm still not over it to this day, but I'm told time, supposedly, heals all wounds. Due to that blow to my confidence, I really didn't do much artwork. Sure, I started a few costumes, but have almost nothing to show for it yet.
So, after my long hiatus of doing nothing much (school), listening to loads of Billy Joel, and browsing /cgl/; I am officially back. Had to clear my over 2,000 watched deviations.. @.@ Oh well.

Yay! It's my 21st birthday today! ... For... a half an hour more. X.x Hehe. No, I didn't go out partying.. if I did, why would I be back before midnight and writing a Journal on DA? You tell me. In fact, I am doing a graphic design program this summer that just HAPPENED to start tonight and I pretty much just got back from it. So I'm completely exhausted... Especially since it went a whole hour longer than it should have.

Also, Pokemon Pearl owns my soul. I have finally beaten the Elite 4, after lolly-gagging around and raising berries and entering contest and digging underground. And I also now have my National Pokedex, And I'm gonna try to catch them all. (They're at 493+ now. BELIEVE IT! ::Thumbs up: So if any of y'all have yourselves some Pokemans games and a friend code, let me know! I'd love to trade or battle with ya!
